More Zabteck Modified Throttle Bodies

These throttle bodies were sent to us by other customers. We do not stock these throttle bodies. This is just an example to show you what else we can do.

**NOTE: Installing a Zabteck Performance Modified Throttle body may change the way your vehicle idles and shifts. This is normal when installing aftermarket parts, especially air induction parts. Please do not purchase our product if you are not comfortable having your vehicle's idle or driving characteristics changed.**

2005+ Mustang GT 4.6 Liter Drive by Wire

We were able to bore this throttle body larger. This gave us 4 rwhp at full throttle and 6 rwhp at part throttle.

  

2005 Ford Escape 3.0 liter V6 Throttle Body

This throttle body received the works. We did a screw and shaft mod and also bored it larger.

   

Ford Racing 70mm Throttle Body    

We were able to do a screw and shaft mod and a slight cleanup on this throttle body.

SPECS

Since all throttle bodies are different and we don't know what can be done until they are received, we are unable to provide specific specs. We will do whatever we can to increase the air flow of your throttle body. Just a 2mm increase and the shaft and screw mod can increase airflow by 30 percent.

Our testing shows throttle response, top end power and a mpg gains are achieved.
The V6 throttle body on a forced induction V6 Mustang showed over 6 horsepower gains.

We will mod any throttle body for any vehicle. If you have a core or wish to send us your throttle body for modification please allow a 3 to 4 week turn around and be aware that they may not be able to be modified as much as the Sport Trac. If you would like a new throttle body so you can keep your old one let us know. We can get new Ford / Lincoln / Mercury and possibly other makes for you. Otherwise you can send us a new one to mod. This will reduce your waiting time.

By purchasing ours you have a short install time and the reliability of an OEM unit. We have heard several complaints of the aftermarket throttle bodies overheating, sticking, or just not working correctly once the owner swaps over the electronics.**
