4.0L ASP Underdrive Crank Pulley

The ASP Underdrive Crank Pulley is a 25% underdrive crank pulley. Underdrive pulley systems increase engine horsepower by reducing the amount of power required to drive external engine accessories. For example, the alternator, power steering, water pump and air compressor steal horsepower from the engine. By replacing factory-sized crank and accessory drive pulleys with a resized pulley, the accessories are slowed, resulting in more horsepower available to the rear wheels. A new belt is required.

Fits SOHC and OHV 4.0's in the Sport Trac, Explorer, Ranger, and Mustang.

4.0L Underdrive Water Pump Pulley
(works with underdrive crank pulley only, will not work with oem)

The Underdrive Water Pump Pulley replaces the stock water pump pulley. Aluminum offers lighter weight over oem. Available in anodized red, blue, or black.

Fits SOHC and OHV 4.0's in the Sport Trac, Explorer, Ranger, and Mustang.

Power Steering Pulley

The Power Steering Pulley is a direct replacement for the steel black pulley in your 3.0L or 4.0L engine. Constructed of aluminum, it is available in anodized red or blue to compliment our other pulleys.

Idler Pulley

The 3.5" Idler Pulley is a direct replacement for the steel black pulley in your 3.0L or 4.0L engine. Constructed of aluminum, it is available in anodized red or blue to compliment our other pulleys. The internal bearing can be replaced by removing the center e-clip.

Overdrive Alternator Pulley

The Overdrive Alternator pulley spins the alternator back up to normal speed after installing an underdrive crank pulley, restoring amperage to oem levels. Available in anodized red, blue, or black for your 3.0L or 4.0L engine. Aluminum construction offers less rotating mass than oem pulley.

In our testing the Underdrive Crank Pulley only lost .2 volts. If you have a stereo system or off-road lights we highly recommend purchasing this pulley.

1" shorter belt is required.

**NOTE: Slight grinding of the back of this pulley may be needed to align the belt properly.**
