SPECS

All stock throttle bodies flowed an average of 582cfm at Wide Open Throttle (WOT).

The bored plastic and aluminum throttle bodies flow an average of 638cfm that's a 56cfm average gain resulting in 4-6 horsepower, depending upon other engine modifications. This is more cfm than a normally aspirated 4.0L V6 will need, thus, throttle response, and mid and top end power is increased.

The aluminum throttle bodies have been dyno proven. The one tested was bored to 68mm and provided gains of 7+ horsepower and 6ft lbs of torque at the rear wheels. Click below to see BEFORE and AFTER dyno results.

The plastic throttle bodies have been bored from 64.2mm to 65.6mm. The stock throttle plate at 2.43mm has been replaced by a throttle plate that is 2.2mm thick. The shaft and screw mod is also performed. The stock plastic intake measures at 65mm but this will not affect the performance of the throttle body at all and provides you with room to modify your upper intake. Dyno testing coming soon!

We will mod any throttle body for any vehicle. If you have a core or wish to send us your throttle body for modification please allow a 3 to 4 week turn around and be aware that they may not be able to be modified as much as the Sport Trac.
